My family is adorable. This is the last Christmas we will all be together before Derek leaves for his mission in the Southern United States, so we had to live it up. It is fun to see how much people and personalities have changed since I left for Portugal. I cannot believe how grown up all of my siblings are, it is absolutely crazy.

I had to share a little bit of Portugal with my family, and the best way I could think about doing that was through food. The entire week I was home I cooked and cooked, sharing my love of food with my family.
